application
Scaling is a common problem in circulating water in paper mills. Depending on the location and nature of the process, it will occur.
The main types of sediments are:
- calcium carbonate
Calcium oxalate
- silicate sediments
Calcium oxalate is mainly due to the precipitation of calcium oxalate during pulp bleaching and is used as a stabilizer for hydrogen peroxide bleaching.
Sodium silicate contained in it can form silicate deposits. These two kinds of sediments often occur in the pulp production process.
The use of 451 can effectively prevent the formation of this kind of sediment, avoid production failure and shutdown maintenance, and improve production efficiency.
Rate.
application performance
451 prevents the formation of ordered crystal structure and amorphous crystals by interfering with the growth of crystal proportion.
Structures do not form sediments.
The addition of 451 is very low, which is 0.1% - 0.3% of the system under normal conditions.
