DESCRIPTION描述

Biolube 801 is an  oily product having a vegetable  base easily mixable with water.  It has a strong

detaching action of the sheet to the yankee cylinder and lowers dust formation

It is particularly indicated for MG  and tissue papers. It avoids the adhesive action  of filming agents

and allows to control creeping.

Biolube 801是植物油機(jī)型剝離劑，在烘缸表面有著極強(qiáng)的剝離效果以及較少形成雜質(zhì)的特性。

Biolube  801 is  made  with  FDA  approved  raw  materials  (CFR  21 176.210)  and  BfR  XXXVI

approved.

Biolube 801已經(jīng)通過(guò)相關(guān)的意大利法律認(rèn)證。

USE使用

Use: the  product can  be  directly  applied on  the  Yankee  cylinder’s surface  by  means  of a  proper

diluting central unit and a spraying bar.

使用：該產(chǎn)品通過(guò)正確的加藥裝置及噴淋裝置后可直接噴淋在烘缸表面。

Dosage: dosage is generally between 0,2 – 0,8 Kg for ton of paper produced.

用量：每噸紙用量在 0.2-0.8kg之間。

Standard packaging in kg: drums of 190, tanks of 900.

標(biāo)準(zhǔn)包裝：小桶 190kg，大桶 900kg。

Storage: if packages  are kept closed the product  can be stored for  12 months keeping the same

characteristics. If the product is  stored at temperatures lower than 0 °C  it may have a little deposit

on the bottom part of the package that does not change its functioning.

保存：產(chǎn)品密封保存的情況下可保存 12個(gè)月以上并且特性不變。如果產(chǎn)品在低于 0 °C下保存，底

部會(huì)有一點(diǎn)沉積，但是并不妨礙其功能。
